Naturally raised Dorper sheep. These are a South African breed which is known for its high quality lamb meat. They have a very tender, flavorful taste. 

No antibiotics, no chemicals, non GMO feed, pasture raised sheep right on our farm. 

Our sheep will be professionally cut and wrapped (freezer safe) by the local butcher shop. Prices are per pound.
